Above Ground Swimming Pool Pad

We contracted with RD White Landscape and Uniloader Service to dig out a level pad for our above ground swimming pool in the back yard. Royce White came out with his loader and 360 degree laser level, created the 28 foot diameter level pad in 2 hours. The contract was only for creating the level pad, but things starting going wrong. I had put blocks down to insure I had the right amount the fill dirt within the pad diameter but the trucking company delivered 17 cubic yards of fill dirt instead of the ordered 13 cubic yards. The dump truck was unable to back down into the backyard because the ground was too soft and was leaving tracks, dumped the load at the base of the driveway. I started wheel borrowing the fill dirt 40 yards down to the pad and quickly realized that I would not be able to complete the project that weekend as I had planned without additional help.


I contacted Royce White again and requested his loader services to move the fill dirt onto the pad. He was able to complete the task that same afternoon in approximately 1 1/2 hours, he left his Uniloader in my backyard overnight to make sure it was onsite if needed the next day. I smoothed out the fill dirt and leveled to the blocks that he was able to work around without disturbing any of the leveling blocks. This extra service he was able to provide on short notice allowed us to complete the installation of the swimming pool that weekend as I had originally planned. I consider it money well spent!

Refreshed and spread gravel in existing driveways

I had a load of gravel delivered in my driveway at the end of the cement slab in front of the garage. I contacted Royce White to see if he could spread the gravel out over my entire driveway.
